Job description: We are seeking a motivated Growth Engineer to join our team. As a Growth Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by implementing innovative solutions. You will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and iterating on solutions to optimize key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Devise innovative solutions, leveraging your technical background in software engineering or data science, to impact key metrics.
- Design, develop, and implement experiments to test growth hypotheses.
- Analyze usage data to inform decision-making and measure the success of initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a growth-focused software engineering/data science role.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, etc) and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM field.
- Strong experimental mindset, comfortable iterating on solutions and prioritizing results over perfection.
- Curiosity and passion to continuously learn and adapt to new tools/technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
