Job Responsibility:
- Assist in planning and execution of integrated communications and marketing strategy to respective platforms to different markets
- Ensure all marketing protocols and standards of regional team are well maintained and updated (including creating detailed brand guidelines)
- Updating the detailed brand guidelines according to both global and local market insights
- Monitor the execution of creating and developing content and communication based on planned strategy to various channels (include but not limited to image, video, articles, etc)
- Coordinate with creative agency, digital, EO, PR agency, or third party
- Maintain and monitor the relevancy of various digital assets and monitor the analytics based on strategy placed
- Assist in creating competitor landscape analysis, product portfolio mapping strategy, as well as new product development ideas
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in marketing, communication, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing related fields, preferably in beauty or lifestyle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Decent working knowledge of market research, surveys, and market trend
- Proficiency in creative production management; planning, execution, and evaluation
- High interest in current beauty trends
- Experienced in marketing copywriting and visual design
- High proficiency in English
- Proficiency with basic design tools; Adobe Photoshop, Canva
- Proficiency in strategic thinking and analytical skills
